4.1 Contact temperature measurement of fan grid-connected cabinet and frequency conversion cabinet

General installation location: grid-connected cabinet on the top of the wind turbine, input side U of the grid-connected cabinet in the frequency conversion cabinet, input side V of the grid-connected cabinet, input side W of the grid-connected cabinet, generator stator side U of the grid-connected cabinet, and stator side of the grid-connected cabinet generator V. The generator stator side W of the grid-connected cabinet, the grid side contactor U of the frequency conversion cabinet, the grid side contactor V of the frequency conversion cabinet, and the grid side contactor W of the frequency conversion cabinet.

As shown in Figure 12 below, connect the nose of the temperature measuring optical fiber head and the nose of the outlet cable connector to the copper bar with bolts. Therefore, the box-type transformer temperature measurement fiber is designed and combined with the fixing device, and the temperature measurement hole is reserved during the box-type transformer casting process. , The temperature of the winding position can be directly measured by implanting the optical fiber into the temperature measuring hole during temperature measurement. 4.3 Fluorescent optical fiber temperature control system for oil-immersed transformer windings (temperature monitoring of main transformers in wind farms)

4.3.1 Introduction of Fluorescent Fiber Optic Temperature Measurement System

The entire temperature measurement system is mainly composed of optical fiber temperature measurement host, fluorescent optical fiber sensor, adapter cable, penetrator, flange and so on. The fluorescent optical fiber sensor is directly placed on the heating part of the transformer winding coil. The flange guarantees the sealing of the transformer's own structure. The other end of the fluorescent optical fiber sensor and one end of the adapter cable are respectively connected to the inner and outer sides of the penetrator on the flange. In order to realize the transmission of optical signals, the other end of the switching fiber is connected to the fluorescent optical fiber thermometer. The fluorescent optical fiber sensor transmits the optical signal to the temperature measurement host, and the temperature measurement host demodulates the received optical signal into a temperature signal. Display and communicate with the monitoring system through the 485 interface to realize real-time monitoring of the transformer winding temperature.
